1. If my vehicle is no longer under the manufacturer's vehicle service agreement, can I still get coverage?

National Auto Division offers coverage on vehicles that are less than 10 model years old and have less than 100,000 miles on the odometer. If you are no longer under manufacturer's vehicle service agreement, we advise you to invest in coverage before a mechanical failure.

2. What exactly is the "original manufacturer's vehicle service agreement"? If my vehicle is still under the manufacturer's vehicle service agreement, why should I purchase an extended service plan now?

The "original manufacturer's vehicle service agreement" is the initial vehicle service agreement that is provided for a new vehicle by the manufacturer. The original manufacturer's vehicle service agreement is often very limited. Customers should examine their own original vehicle service agreement. It is important to remember that the price of both parts and labor has increased and will continue to rise in the future. Labor rates today in different parts of the country average $85 per hour or more. It is important to own a policy that will pay for both parts and labor. Also, as your car increases in mileage, the cost of an extended service plan also increases. We advise our customers to "lock" into the lowest price, and enjoy all the additional benefits that Road America Motor Club has to offer.
