Please accept my thanks for a job well done by Scott H. in handling my vehicle service agreement claim. Because of a balky dealer service department
my car was out of commission for over a month. Scott helped identify the faulty part as a covered item, worked with me to get the car to another repair facility, and coordinated the claim and repair there. I felt that he was professional in representing your company and compassionate in trying to understand the issues I was having. At any time he could have let my situation go by the wayside but he stuck with it. In my opinion he is able to attend to the best interests of all parties involved.
