At National Auto Division, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website. The personal information provided will not be shared, sold, or used by any third party organizations for commercial purposes.

National Auto Division is the sole owner of the information collected on www.nationalautodivision.com. National Auto Division collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

In order to receive a quote on this Web site, a user must first complete the registration quote form. In order to receive quote information, the consumer must input their vehicle year, make, and model. Furthermore, we require the users e-mail address and the state of legal residency. We use this information to provide accurate pricing on coverage and to contact the user about services on our site for which they had expressed interest. It is optional for the user to provide name, telephone number, and VIN Number but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site. We may coordinate information collected offline for applications with information collected via online applications to avoid duplication.

National Auto Division requests information from the user during our quote and enrollment procedure. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. We also require the consumer to provide accurate vehicle information (Year, Make, Model, and VIN Number) to provide online enrollment. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user to assist in enrollment.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. (Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.) We use both session ID and persistent cookies to enable navigation on our site and to personalize the site for returning visitors. For example, by setting a cookie on our site, users would not have to resubmit their vehicle information, thereby saving time while on our site. If users reject the cookie, they may still use our site. The major drawback to this is that the user will have the inability to store and retrieve previous quotes. Cookies benefit the visitor by allowing a user-friendly interface to immediately provide the information that was requested. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by National Auto Division and does not include the use of cookies by any third party since we have neither access nor control.

When visiting National Auto Division, our Web server logs do not identify or record any personally identifiable information such as the users e-mail address, only log file information like IP address or URLs. National Auto Division compiles e-mail addresses only for those who provide the information during the quote process and from those who communicate with us via e-mail. The information collected is only used internally and in accordance with services that are provided. Furthermore, the information collected will be used to notify consumers regarding updates to our web site, and to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If a mailing address is provided online, you will be contacted regarding the product that was purchased. Users who supply their telephone numbers online may receive telephone contact regarding enrollment procedures and information they requested online. You may from time to time receive additional information pertaining to promotions and offers from our company. National Auto Division does not share this information with third parties and provides a way to opt-out of these communications.

Our users are given the opportunity to opt-out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to their enrollment of coverage. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions at the bottom of the correspondence or by clicking here and entering their email address. If a users personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email, or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users personally identifiable information. This can usually be done by emailing our Customer Support at customerservice@NationalAutoDivision.com or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we, National Auto Division, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.

When National Auto Division receives written testimonials, we will verbally verify by phone for permission to use the testimonial and add it to our website, and possible marketing materials. We use no personal information besides First Name, Last Initial, and City and State for testimonial purposes, and will not use the information for any other purpose.

This Web site takes every precaution to protect users; information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected.

All of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every year, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users’ information is protected. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment and protected with enhanced security features.

We use other third parties to provide Web hosting and Web design services for our site. When you sign up for a free quote on our Web site we do not share any of your information with other third parties.

Our third party web hosting and web design providers do not use your personal information for any secondary purposes.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Website.
